My wardrobe

The utility companies are just out for money.   I get very aggravated. Sometimes life gets away plus I forget to pay my bills on time. Not only are my bills way too high, but I typically end up with additional fees on top of the original cost. Right now, I can’t do much about my extravagant energy bills. I just have to put with it until I can afford to update the HVAC installed in my house. I know I won’t be able to afford to do that for a couple of years.  In the meantime, I realize I’m just wasting money on these excessive energy bills and not getting much in return. I’d would really like to get a brand new furnace and air conditioner installed. I have plans to, at some point, tear the walls down to the studs, because of the old plaster and lathe. That will be the perfect chance to also entirely update the heating and cooling system, including the ductwork, throughout the entire house. It’s a huge and expensive project that I am reluctant to tackle.  I am currently living on a very limited my budget, and I need to stick to it. I would prefer to have a sizable amount of savings in the bank. I know a renovation is going to really set me back, financially, and create a great deal of mess. At the same time, once it’s complete, the house will be so much more comfortable throughout the year. Plus, it will be much more energy efficient, and I can get out from under those outrageous energy bills! I am anxious to be done with it and start enjoying the rewards.
