I tend to travel a lot for my work. I usually spend my mornings driving from 1 location to another. My job is being a problem solver. Usually, my work name is resource manager, and really, I just spend my days trying to make all the people’s lives at work easier. The other week, I was sent to our offices on the other side of the states. All of us have 2 main places to stay, 1 on the east coast as well as 1 on the west coast. The east coast office was in need of a new human resources team member, as well as I was in charge of doing interviews. The boss sent me over there for a few weeks. Luckily, my hotel was nearby the office. I had many interviews busy for the 1st week, as well as fifteen for the final week. Before I left to go back to the house, I had to choose a new office owner for the east coast branch. A few afternoons after I came there, I had another problem to deal with. The indoor air quality in the east coast branch was actually poor. The Heating as well as A/C equipment did not seem to be dealing with the indoor air quality. While I was in the office, I made a decision to contact the local Heating as well as A/C provider. If I was unhappy by the air quality, I had no doubt the workers were also sad. The Heating as well as A/C provider looked over our plan as well as decided that the people I was with and I had a few main issues with the HVAC ducts.
