About seven weeks ago, my husband and I started to experience some trouble with our central heating and cooling unit. At first, we hoped that it was a temporary issue and that it would go away on its own. After several weeks of of uneven hot and cold temperatures inside of our home, my husband and I decided to contact and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier. We both researched several companies online, before making our final decision. We honestly tried to do an extensive background check, before choosing a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. Even though we prepared, we still ended up with a terrible experience from the HVAC repairman. We needed to have our air conditioner equipment repaired, and that meant having a new fan installed. When the repairman walked through the condo and into the garage, I heard the box slam down on the garage floor. I quickly went inside of the garage, to see if everything was fine. The HVAC technician me a dirty look, and continued with his task. After he was done installing the fan, I paid the specialist and he left. I contacted the company to tell them about my experience, and they acted like I was lying. A few afternoons later, the same problem started happening with the air conditioner, again. I knew the replacement fan must been broken from being thrown onto the floor with no regard. I contacted the HVAC company again, and they had to come out and fix the problem free of charge. Luckily, the new fan for the air conditioner was covered under the 90-day repair warranty. I still think that the HVAC technician caused the problem in the first place.
