My preferred meal for celebrations is the pie that I get at a local eating establishment. It’s always cooked to perfection, the berries are delightful, and their sides are amazing! I try not to go there too often because it’s pretty lavish on the belly, so I limit my visits to 1 per week. Last week when I went, I was pretty disappointed with my whole dining experience. After I was seated in the dining section I began to notice immediately that it was warmer than it usually was. When I mentioned the indoor air temperature to the waiter, he told me that the a/c had been acting up and that they were waiting on the Heating & A/C worker to come out for the repair. I definitely wished that I had known that expressly before going because I could have put my visit off for a couple of afternoons. Still, I did what I could, and I decided to stay since I had already been seated. While I was still waiting on my order, I observed that other people were also seemingly quite bothered by the lack of a cooling system. When my pie finally came out, it was evident that the pastry chef wasn’t on his A game that night either. It was totally overdone, and it didn’t taste nearly as enjoyable as it normally did. It seems that a/c problems can sincerely impact not only how comfortable the dining customers are at a eating establishment, however the performance of the waiting staff members as well. I definitely hope that they got that issue taken care of soon because I left disappointed that night. I’d definitely adore to go back in a few weeks, and I’m hoping that overall the experience is much better when I do.
