Whether it is a sink which is not draining, or a heating and cooling unit that is not keeping regular conditions control. Or maybe an eating establishment that has an exhausting indoor air quality. The two of us currently have several buildings that are mixed-use zoning. One big commercial lot has several eating establishments, several offices as well as even some residential units.
