I couldn’t be happier

When our husband and I needed a current Heating and AC device installed, the two of us contacted the number 4 a local Heating and AC dealer. My husband and I wanted to get a few odd estimates, so the two of us were sure to get the best price on a current Heating and AC unit. Each of the companies gave us the same speech. Each Heating and A/C supplier would honor a competitor coupon, so the two of us could have our option of any supplier. It was good for us, because it eliminated price as part of the equation. All of us decided to go with the Heating and A/C supplier that had the best client reviews. My husband and I had the current Heating and A/C device installed last Monday. Everything went well, and they finished the installation in 1 morning. At the end of the morning, the sales serviceman came into the house so I could sign all of the paperwork. He handed myself and others the invoice for the current Heating and AC unit, and the price was not our agreed-upon number. I told the Heating and A/C contractor that the two of us found a lower estimate. He was supposed to honor that price, because the two of us had it in writing, but unfortunately, the sales serviceman would not honor the lower estimate from another supplier. My husband was irate, and almost told them to take the Heating and A/C device back to the shop. After calming our husband, I got on the iphone and contacted the owner of the Heating and A/C contractor form. I explained our issues, and asked if it was still there policy to honor a competitor’s estimate. He told myself and others that was still there policy, and ask for the name of the serviceman at our property.
