There is an issue in here

I am in my mid fifties, plus for the past couple of years, I’ve been going through menopause.  It has completely thrown off my body temperature. I used to regularly feel chilly, plus constantly needed to bundle up in overcoats.  I tended to bump up the thermostat setting plus run the heating system at max capacity for most of the year. Now, I regularly tend to feel overheated.  I also suffer from scary hot flashes, plus sweat profusely. I’ve finally invested in a ductless heat pump for my home office. The ductless break proposal is permanently installed on an exterior wall plus provides both heating plus cooling capacity.  The upgrade process required no major tear down of walls plus was completed in a single day. I can now regulate the temperature in the home office without impacting the rest of the house. While it’s easy to switch between heating plus cooling mode, I consistently rely on the a/c.  Fortunately, the heat pump is harshly energy efficient. It runs on electricity plus works by simply moving heat from a single location to another. In cooling mode, the heat pump pulls heat out of the room plus pumps it outside. For heating, the proposal simply reverses operation, finding ambient heat outside plus transferring it indoors.  The process is clean, safe plus undoubtedly quiet. Because the heat pump features inverter technology, it automatically adjusts speed to adjusting requirements. This allows the heat pump to run longer at lower speeds, combating temperature stratification plus energy waste. With the ability to keep my home office super cold, I now sleep so much better at evening.
