I love a fair estimate

My family owns and operates a day spa, where purchasers come to love relaxation and pampering.  The people I was with and I task absolutely hard to create a soothing environment. Soft lighting, cascading water, gentle music, and calming scents all help to combat stress and promote a sense of peace and wellness.  The spa includes treatment rooms for massage therapy, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures. The people I was with and I offer several weird tepid tubs, saunas, and an indoor swimming pool. Each area has unique  requirements and challenges. The people I was with and I deal with concerns with body aromas, mold, mildew, dust, and excessive humidity. Cleaning is an ongoing responsibility and a priority. The operation of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems is essential to the comfort, health, and budget of the facility.  When the building was designed, both of us consulted with a licensed Heating plus Air Conditioning business to determine the best type of plan for our requirements. The Heating plus Air Conditioning business advised a ducted heating and cooling plan which allows for zoned control. The people I was with and I also incorporated a heat recovery ventilator to introduce fresh air and expel excess humidity.  Each area within the facility is equipped with an independent thermostat, which allows us to customize both temperature and humidity levels. It’s often necessary to supply simultaneous heating and cooling to rooms which are side by side. Because of this, insulation and vapor barriers were an essential feature of the building design. Although the investment into a top-of-the-line Heating plus Air Conditioning plan was rather overpriced, more precision control has saved a superb deal of money on weekly energy bills.  Plus, our purchasers would not be content with anything less than ideal comfort and air quality.
