My family owns and operates a day spa, where purchasers come to like relaxation and pampering. We labor honestly difficult to create a soothing environment. Soft lighting, cascading water, gentle music, and calming scents all help to combat stress and promote a sense of peace and wellness. The spa includes treatment rooms for massage therapy, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures. We offer many unusual sizzling tubs, saunas, and an indoor swimming pool. Each space has unique requirements and challenges. We deal with troubles with body odors, mold, mildew, dust, and excessive humidity. Cleaning is an ongoing responsibility and a priority. The operation of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems is essential to the comfort, health, and budget of the facility. When the building was designed, the two of us consulted with a licensed Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C company to determine the best type of system for our requirements. The Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C company commanded a ducted heating and cooling system which allows for zoned control. We also incorporated a heat reusey ventilator to introduce fresh air and expel excess humidity. Each space within the facility is equipped with an independent control unit, which allows us to customize both temperature and humidity levels. It’s often necessary to supply simultaneous heating and cooling to rooms which are side by side. Because of this, insulation and vapor barriers were an essential feature of the building design. Although the investment into a top-of-the-line Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C system was rather lavish, more precision control has saved a great deal of money on weekly energy costs. Plus, our purchasers would not be satisfied with anything less than ideal comfort and air quality.
