I believe that’s a mistake

Being a person in her fifties brings some fun challenges to everyday life. Those challenges include time-ran tests on adventure games, such as “Make it to job separate from covered in sweat through your shirt”, or the fan number one “drive with your head sticking out of the car window like a dog”! Jokes aside, this time in my life has shown myself and others some bodily changes that I’m not enjoying at all. Of all the symptoms of menopause that I can’t stand, the warm flashes are the worst part! I’ve never been a single to sweat heavily for my whole life, but now I can’t sleep through the night separate from waking up in a pool of my own sweat! My hubby is supportive plus tells myself and others it’s okay, even though I still felt insecure about this phenomenon. Well, my darling hubby surprised myself and others a week later with something I never even knew existed. It was a portable fan, certainly built to blow cool air under the sheets of your bed. Simply called a “bed fan”, this small air conditioner plan proved to be the MVP of my nightly battles with these symptoms. The bed fan faithfully circulates cool air under the covers as I sleep, which ensures that I still get as much airflow as if I were sleeping with nothing on myself and others at all. I enjoy my hubby for making such a thoughtful purchase for me, as the bed fan hasn’t left the bedside since the day he brought it house for me! Now, if only I could find a repair for my other symptoms…
