A lesson in tough dealing

A long time ago when I was training to become a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman, I definitely hated the man that I was working under.

At the time I was only eighteen plus he was in his forties, plus every one of us were the total opposites of each other it seemed! Every single time that every one of us were sent out on a repair call or when he was teaching myself and others something he was so difficult on me, even if I made the slightest mistake! During the more than 2 weeks every one of us worked together I thought that he just couldn’t sit me, but it turned out that he was absolutely just pushing myself and others to be great because he saw potential in me.

As soon I had finished all of my training plus was now an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman, the man I worked with came directly up to myself and others plus provided myself and others a giant hug, however he told myself and others how proud he was of myself and others working so difficult to become a repairman, plus he told myself and others that if I was able to handle all of the trials plus tribulations that he provided me, working on my own would be a breeze! It has been a absolutely long time since my early afternoons on the task, yet those lessons plus skills that man taught myself and others still help myself and others every morning to be the best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman that I can possibly be, but sometimes tough savor isn’t straight-forward to handle when you are young, but I am thankful to have dealt with it back then, plus I now use the same tactic he used with myself and others to teach the younger generation of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman who work under my wing.
