A lot of certified heating and air conditioning workers who have jobs at assorted heating and cooling businesses sometimes have on the job accidents. They do not happen too often, but sometimes they do. This is all depending on the kind of HVAC work they have to do. Some of the heating and air conditioning companies offer a/c workman’s comp. It has not become a wide spread thing as of yet in the HVAC industry, however, a lot of companies are offering a/c workman’s comp insurance as part of the job requirement. Like any other business other than HVAC that requires physical labor, workman’s comp is a good insurance to have. But, with a/c workman’s comp, there would be some additional things added to the HVAC company’s insurance plan. I couldn’t get too deep into it as I am not a certified heating and air conditioning worker. The reason I know about this possible addition of a/c workman’s comp to the HVAC business’ insurance is because a good friend of mine is a certified heating and air conditioning specialist. At his company that he works for in the HVAC industry, they just began offering a/c workman’s comp insurance, and he was over the moon and the sky with glee about it! It sounded so good, I thought I would share the information with you all reading this. Working in the heating and air conditioning industry can be very good when they take awesome care of their HVAC workers like my friend’s HVAC company does. Hopefully, all heating and air conditioning companies will offer this soon to their employees!
