I work very hard for my money.

I work so hard until sometimes whenever I have free time, I like to pretend that I am Scrooge McDuck from Ducktales, and I sit and count all of my coins, dollars, and assets in the bank.

One day, as I sat counting, I noticed that my office became uncomfortable.

It was unusually warm and stuffy, and I began to sweat. I stopped counting my money and got up to check my thermostat, and it had shown an increase in temperature, although the HVAC unit was still going, and it was set to cool. I couldn’t figure it out, so I called my HVAC technician to make an appointment for him to come and check out my failed HVAC unit. He said that he could actually come out in a few hours, and so he did. After he’d done a full inspection on my HVAC unit and my air ducts, he asked me how long it had been since I’d had ductwork done on my home. I told him that it had been about 10 years since I’d had anything done to my HVAC or my air ducts. The HVAC technician was floored by my response and told me that I need to have ductwork done on my home at least every 3-5 years and that my air ducts had accumulated an unbelievable amount of dust and debris, which caused my HVAC to suddenly stop blowing out cool air. After he finished his work, he told me how much it would cost, and I was able to pay him with the money I had been counting earlier on my desk in my office, as he cut me a significant deal. I thanked him for being so very thorough and told him that I would contact him again for servicing of my HVAC unit. Now I can count my money in the cool A/C again!
