Getting some HVAC work done for our garage

My fiance, Den, has a birthday coming up next month in July and I have been struggling to figure out what I should get him.

I knew I wanted to get him something very special for his birthday but it’s strenuous to find something that he will genuinely like.

He’s picky, so I decided to ask a couple of his friends what he thought I should get Ben. They said that I should convert our side garage into a man cave for Den, so that he and the guys can watch games out there and have fun together. This is a great idea! I don’t know why I hadn’t ever thought of it before! Den has been dropping hints about getting a man cave for some time now. I knew my first action would be to call up an HVAC company to see about us getting heating and a/c routed from the house out to the garage. I knew this would cost me quite a bit however I needed a quote to see just how much. The HVAC company came out to do an estimate and I was pleasantly surprised at the price tag for routing some of the HVAC ductwork into the garage. It’s not half as much as I thought it was going to be. I picked a date when I knew Ben would be gone all afternoon to work and have them come out and get the job done. And so now I just need to get carpeting, paint, a new couch, and a big TV. I think that if there’s any money left over after that, I would love to get a bar put in and some movie memorabilia; Since the HVAC work has turned out to be so cheap, I don’t think this will be an issue.
