Rerouting ductwork into the garage for man-cave

My fiance, Ben, has a birthday coming up next month and I’ve been struggling to figure out what I should get him.

I knew I wanted to get him something special for his birthday but it’s hard to find something that he will actually like. I decided to ask one of his friends what he thought I should get Ben. He suggested that I should convert our garage into a man cave for Ben. Then Ben and the guys can watch sports and have fun together. This is a great idea! I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of it before. Ben has been dropping hints about a man cave for some time now. I knew my first plan of action would be to call up an HVAC company to see about getting heating and air conditioning routed from the house into the garage. I knew this would cost quite a bit but I needed a quote to see just how much. The HVAC company came out and I was pleasantly surprised at the price tag for routing some of the ductwork into the garage. It’s not half as much as I thought it would be. I picked a date when I knew Ben would be gone all day to have them come out and get the job done. Now I just need to get carpeting, paint, couches, and a big screen TV. If there’s money left over after that, I’d like to get a bar put in as well as some sports memorabilia. Since the HVAC work will be so cheap, I don’t think this will be an issue.
